Repairs that I was needing got taken care of but even though I submitted the request as an emergency to fix my front door, I still had to wait almost a week before they got to it.

Choice of this boiler is poor, however, the efforts of the Manager, Amanda and the Regional Manager, Crystal have been above and beyond.

Verified Renter
Maintenance No hot water starting June 8 and received hot water June 15 and was able to have hot shower. This boiler needs to go if there is another problem. Tis is affecting my health.
