In spite of the changes there are still structural issues (like doors not locking properly), the garage gate being jammed, the garbage not being cleaned out so it doesn’t cause bugs, larger furniture pieces left in the parking lot.

I’ve absolutely loved living at this apartment complex! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, always quick to respond and eager to assist with anything I need. The community is quiet, safe, and well-maintained, which makes it feel like home. It’s been such a peaceful and comfortable place to live, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Response time for maintenance requests is absolutely abysmal.

I had the pleasure of touring Addison Grove recently, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and eager to answer all my questions. Overall, the new manager is great. Have a main energy. Her two assistance are amazing as well. The maintenance team is pretty cool. Just need to heat a pool. Thought I would stay somewhere where I could get in the water, but even if is hot outside, the water is still ice cold so we’re paying for looks not really to enjoy it
