Property is well maintained and leasing office is very responsive to residents. Amenities that you pay for ACTUALLY work. Maintenance team is super kind and do great work. Property hosts cute events to promote a positive residential community. Only complaint I have has nothing to do with the property but the construction on the street.

Apartment Review

Nice place to live overall, but there are some serious issues that need to be addressed. The construction out front has caused an increase in rats, and they are becoming a major problem around the property. On top of that, the doors are repeatedly being broken or propped open, allowing anyone to gain access to the property and creating serious security concerns for residents. Management needs to take these issues seriously and make sure residents can actually feel safe where… they live.

Multiple complains for excess noise after state required dead hours and multiple folks smoking marijuana excessively. Buy most of it all the previously management refuses to acknowledge certain citation issues even solid evidence and other disputes. The apartment complex seems good, but even with the current security system which I think it’s way better, but not completed fixed having non-resident and unauthorized folks having access into the building.
