Location Location Location.Great amenities and environment..I love our gym area and common coffee social area.I have not tried the grilling area in the Zen garden this year yet.

The stairwells are frequently dirty and do not appear to be cleaned regularly. In addition, there is often dog waste around the building, which creates an unpleasant and unsanitary environment for residents. This should be monitored and addressed more consistently to maintain the cleanliness and standards expected in the community. There are also some doors in the building that do not close properly, which is a safety concern. The elevators are often dirty and have an unpleasant odor.... Considering that they are used daily by many residents, they should be cleaned and maintained much more frequently to ensure a clean and comfortable environment. In addition, leasing office staff should be more attentive when managing service requests. I have to call multiple times just to check whether an issue has been addressed. The last time, they were not even sure if the vendor had come to my apartment, the issue was not resolved, and there was no follow-up to confirm the status of the request. Read More

Good so far a bit noisy but other than that pretty good nice neighbors but too many dogs nice neighborhood right in the middle of everything

Love the surroundings and the staff is wonderful.. Love the garden area, so peaceful to sit out there. Only down size is there is No parking in the inside parking garage and the noise from people above and side of you...

This community used to be great, but lately the staff is not helpful. Don't bother with referrals, they will never pay you anyway. They tack on made up fees and up charges every month, which you have to dispute. Maintenance is overworked, so they never show up, and when they do they don't have the budget to fix or replace anything.
