Multiple complains for excess noise after state required dead hours and multiple folks smoking marijuana excessively. Buy most of it all the previously management refuses to acknowledge certain citation issues even solid evidence and other disputes. The apartment complex seems good, but even with the current security system which I think it’s way better, but not completed fixed having non-resident and unauthorized folks having access into the building.

Excellent place to reside and it is in anexcellent location.It features great amenities and has a wonderful staff in all positions.I heard they are about to trim our extremely tall trees in our Zen Garden

cThey used to be luxury apartments with good neighbors, starting with the fact that every month charges would be added to your bill and if you're not careful you'll end up paying up to two rents. The alarms are a disaster—they go off by themselves. Since this administration took over this building, now you can clearly see who the new neighbors are. The smell of marijuana is not only the 'perfume' of the entire building, but these drug addicts also smoke in the parking lots, in the pool, on the... stairs, and everywhere. In front of my apartment it almost seems like a cabaret; strange men and people come and go. The parking spaces and garbage areas are overwhelmed because these new creatures who inhabit these apartments don't care about smoking drugs, and care even less about leaving trash everywhere. Everyone has been so helpful getting me into Addison Keller Springs especially LaRyhia. The community is so beautiful and I can't wait to move in. Looking forward to enjoying this community and meeting new people.

Been here for many years. Maintenance is always on time! My only concern is my floors that keep leaking glue. Other than that. I love it here
