Oak Forest

Its an ok place to live. You have to keep you balcony clear of anything. You have to accept pest control even though they look like solicitors and have no apartment people or equipmentwith them, they don't give you a second chance for pest control before giving ypu a lease violation. The neighbors are loud. The dogs are loud. I get its an aprtment and those things are normal but there is a line. There is never any parking near your apartment. My covered parking spot is down the street from my... apartment. The trash always has someone's apartment contents, beds big furniture, left overs that they can't take to their next place. The gates stay open too long or are always broken. They will give you a lease violation for every little infraction but you call them out on something and its never their fault. We had a fire Marshall come in 3 months after i moved in and I was told 3 of sprinklers are painted over but nothing has been said or fixed about it. Read More

Very good customer service , community clean , office workers friendly I like the area everything about the area I can walk to little stores near by .
