Oak Forest

I have been here at Oak Forest for 7 years and for the most part have enjoyed every year of staying here. The only downside to that is that over the years the rent has went up and other added expenses such as a $54/month trash disposal with add ins totaling another $100 .This past 2 lease renewals I wanted to upgrade to a 2 bedroom and was told by then leasing agents that I could do so once at the rate of $1306 and $1318 respectively but as my lease neared my messages to the office were left... unanswered. I still look to try to upgrade to a 2 bedroom simply because this location is ideal for me and furthermore I like the closeness and the involvement you here at Oak Forest have put forth……Thank you! It’s a lot of things that I isn’t like about the apartment I had to clean my own apartment out food was left in cabinets the microwave fell apart

I love it here best apartment to be in. very quiet neighbors and friendly the just a place for a first. Apartment owner to be in I like how it is a gated community that’s the best.

The apartment is really nice but the staff in the office is not very nice & has a huge communication problem . You constantly have to go to the office just to get things done & a compulsive liar .

The Leasing Manager, Kimmie was beyond amazing and Natalie was as well. They are seriously the best! I've never had such an amazing experience with an application and leasing process ever :) (please give them a raise/ bonus)
