It’s has changed living in this community apartment . The people the vibe and too much trash left in hallways. I’m tired of picking up and cleaning behind ppl just to get in my apartment

Maintenance is very fast to take care of problems that I have in my unit. Love the area. Very nice people in the front office. Noise level is okay, not too many complaints. I do have some issue with the limited grills, especially since it’s summer time, but I’m happy it’s very easy to use. Pool area and clubhouse is great to have when throwing a get together.

Living at The Hendry has been disappointing from the start. I’ve had an issue with my sink since I moved in, and despite multiple requests, it’s never been properly fixed. To make matters worse, I was charged for damage to the sink drain that I had absolutely nothing to do with. When I brought it up, the property manager admitted the charge shouldn't be there and said it would be removed—but it’s still sitting on my account with no explanation.

It feels like once you sign the lease, the... communication and concern for residents just disappear. Maintenance is slow, issues linger, and management doesn’t follow through on what they say. This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless major changes are made.
