Honest review
If you want a hot shower, don’t move here. This place runs hot water out of boiler room the whole apartments share, you don’t have individual water heaters. We have to take showers around 11pm at night to *maybe* get hot water. Other than that, the location is great and it’s quiet here. People NEVER pick up dog poop, it’s literally everywhere. But you get what you pay for.

Great customer service, excellent experience
The apartments are nice and updated, and the lawns are well maintained. Anytime I needed maintenance, they were always quick to come and fix an issue. The front desk people are very accommodating and will work with you if you need them to. The management is very nice and all of the front desk girls are always helpful.
