Poor Communication & More
“I had a very disappointing experience living here. On move-in day, my assigned unit was suddenly changed, and we were told the new unit was ‘ready’ when it clearly was not. Multiple maintenance issues existed from the beginning, including broken doors, shower problems, and an AC issue that left us dealing with freezing temperatures for days. While maintenance eventually came to fix some of the problems after repeated reports, none of these conditions were disclosed before move-in... .
Communication and overall management were frustrating throughout the process. I also never even received a pool key or some of the basic amenities that were supposed to come with living here. The experience felt disorganized and stressful, especially considering the amount of rent and fees charged. I would strongly recommend future tenants thoroughly inspect their unit before signing or accepting keys.”
“Unfortunately, my experience with management was just as frustrating as the issues with the apartment itself. From the very first day, Celina was unpleasant to deal with. There was no warm introduction or professionalism that made me feel welcomed as a resident. Communication was extremely poor — emails often went unanswered, and whenever concerns were brought up, it felt like they were brushed off instead of genuinely addressed.
The only positive experience I had in the leasing office was with Mercedes, who was much more helpful, professional, and respectful. She was one of the few staff members who actually seemed willing to assist residents and communicate properly.”
