Alta at The Farm

I have lived here for about 2 years now. When i first moved in my apartment flooded for the first SIX months of me living there. Management told me they would send maintenance which they did and they came multiple times to fix it but never did. Finally they called a plumber after 6 months and finally got it fixed, all I ever got was an apology. My vehicle also got broken into in the parking garage on one of the nights the gate was broken (which is most of the time). I lost $2500 worth of stereo... equipment. Shoutout to the maintenance team for handling my plumbing leak so quickly. I really appreciate how fast everyone responded and got everything fixed by the end of the day. The communication was great, they were professional, and they made a stressful situation a lot easier. Thank you again for the quick turnaround and hard work!

I have been a resident from day one and I have seen this property through the good and very bad.

I believe this property is unique in its own a very beautiful place to live it is listed as a luxury property and the rent prices reflect that,

As a business owner myself I strongly believe that as residents we deserve nothing short of what we pay for this last few teams have had limited resources and staff which will make it difficult to manage effectively a property of this magnitude.

This new... staff with Stacy and Marelyn as well as the others have taken on the task to make things right and they have started that process by listening to our needs an responding with the action to make a change.

I know there is no such thing as a perfect property but with this new leadership I do believe they listen, they care and are making changes to improve our quality of living here at the Alta At The Farm and we are grateful for this new team! Read More

Living at Alta at The Farm has been a great experience for me. Marelyn Romero, the Assistant Manager, has truly been wonderful. Her communication is excellent, and she is always understanding, caring, and willing to work with residents. I really appreciate everything she does, and she has made such a positive impact on our community.

Everyone at Alta at the Farm was very friendly and helpful during my transition. Moving from New England to Dallas was challenging, but I felt right at home after moving in!
