My honest opinion is that this place would be a 10/10 if only things were addressed and taken care of. The old management was a zero in everything, hence why they aren’t here anymore. The new management I don’t know what I think of them yet. If they want things to run smoothly they need to fix management and maintenance internally and then address the many violations of the tenants to make this community better than all the other communities around us.

Saw this beautiful property on line. Moved here from Michigan without a tour. Was pleasantly surprised and community was even MORE than I expected. Plans are to remain here for years to come!

Absolutely wonderfully safe community full of diversity!

I love that the community is gated. Cameras on the premises would be great, to catch the package stealers and other questionable things that could be prevented.

The office staff are always respectful and welcoming!!!

The maintenance is always satisfactory!!

I thoroughly enjoy residing at this community.

I hope that this community continues to stay safe and community centered!!

The maintenance experience has been disappointing.

One request (light bulbs) was handled properly, but the oven issue became worse after the technician visit — it now does not open at all.

During another visit, I was blamed for damage to the patio door without proper inspection, despite visible signs of wear and moisture damage.

Overall, the issues were not resolved and the communication was unprofessional

Great staff, friendly environment!

I had the awesome pleasure of getting to work with Collin. He showed me around and gave me all the details in order to make an educated decision. Lorena was super sweet she is new there and tagged along. It was nice meeting her and seeing her excitement for all the cool feature of the property had to offer. Onsite storage, detached garages, pickleball courts and basketball courts. The gym even had a Stairmaster! The grounds were clean manicured. I would have signed a lease right there but I was... just in town shopping the area. It’s close to a possible job opportunity nearby.
