I am sharing this sincere, heartfelt recommendation for anyone looking for a home—specifically a safe, family-oriented one. The management is excellent; they consistently go above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction and address needs quickly, including maintenance and the constant upkeep of all facilities—such as the gym, pools, and playgrounds for both children and dogs. I thank the Lord and consider living at Benton Pointe a true blessing. God bless you all.

Benton Pointe is a beautiful apartment complex located in a peaceful corner of DWF. The staff has been friendly and professional and it is very quiet living here. The apartments and well maintained and spacious.

I always write—with complete honesty and sincerity to everyone—that I feel truly at ease in this clean, family-oriented community. Here, I receive prompt and attentive support from the management regarding any request—whether for maintenance or anything else—making them feel just like family to me. I have resided here since 2015—right up to this very day (December 5, 2026)—and I cherish every detail of this wonderful place: its proximity to supermarkets, the available green spaces, and the... amenities catering to every family's needs—including playgrounds, swimming pools, and a fitness center. My honest opinion is that this place would be a 10/10 if only things were addressed and taken care of. The old management was a zero in everything, hence why they aren’t here anymore. The new management I don’t know what I think of them yet. If they want things to run smoothly they need to fix management and maintenance internally and then address the many violations of the tenants to make this community better than all the other communities around us.
