This apartment complex is beautiful and very well-run.
I just renewed my lease here, and it’s primarily because the office staff and maintenance staff are great! They always respond to whatever concern you have very quickly, and everyone I’ve ever dealt with are professional and personable! I hope to stay here as long as possible.

Settlers Gate is a beautiful facility nestled among mature trees and landscapes in Allen on the west side of 75. It boasts of lighted walking paths, 2 pools, sand volleyball court and an outdoor kitchen. The friendly staff and maintenance team are excellent at what they do. The residents in my building are very friendly and respectful. I've lived here 11 years and couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

Daniela took care of me and my sister from start to finish for our move-in. She was excellent to work with and a great communicator. She is a special employee and person. We can't say enough good things about her. She is a hidden gem at Settler's Gate. The property itself is beautiful and it truly feels like home here. It's safe and quiet and we are very happy new residents here.
