The staff is wonderful. Monica and Cooter, as well as other employees, have been truly kind to my sister, who has special needs and is a resident there. My family is so grateful to them for all they do. They do excellent work!

I found this place and thought it looked like a nice quiet place to start rebuilding my life. Turns out I was wrong. Not only are there roaches everywhere, but structurally the property is falling apart. NOT KIS FRIENDLY BY ANY MEANS!! My oven hasn't worked since I moved in and I have had a constant gas smell in my apt. When I called maintenance about it, they checked for a leak, saw the pilot light in my oven wasn't lit, and merely said "there's no leak", and walked out without another word.... Residents refrigerators have gone out, spoiling all their food, and it took a week or better to replace. Another resident had a leak in the pipes of the kitchen sink, and it took a week and a half for maintenance to fix it. At 5pm every day the community pool area becomes one or drinking and gossiping, like a high school. There is tons or unnecessary drama and fights. There's drug use and drug dealing that goes on, on the property. Office staff is rude, and act like because they are better than you, and refuse to work with legitimate issues residents have. All in all, not a place for anyone other than a felon, drug dealer, or alcoholic. Read More
