Guests will not be permitted to use or access the community pool in the complex as it is restricted to residents only. In the event a guest attempts to use it, they may be asked to leave. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM with self-check-in available via SmartLock. No parties or events are allowed, and you will be charged an additional $500 for any unauthorized parties or events, an additional $200 cleaning fee, and any refund we may have to provide to arriving guests affected by the breaking of this rule.
