Best 8 Years Ever!

Where do I begin? I moved here in 2018 and I recently moved out a few days ago now 2025. It was a bitter sweet ending, but I had to think about putting my son in a better school district for high school. I will truly miss living here at Cedar Bend. Kim, Rosa and Isela were like family to me, they were always pleasant, polite and cared about us as residents. Any work order I submitted was handled the same day. If it could not be taken care of that day, they would always keep me updated on when it… would be completed. The Christmas party was the best, the food, the drinks and the atmosphere was amazing every year. I never had an issue while living here, and I hate I had to move. This is a great place to call home!

Happy resident !

Looking for affordable living. Recommend cedar bend. Had no issues, pretty peaceful and quiet. Office crew are always helpful and nice. No problems !!

I’m Good

My daughter lives here! I can honestly say we haven’t had any issues. She has been her almost a yr. and as a parent I’m pleased we will be signing up for another year. Maintenance has been awesome and I can say they have really did and excellence job with keeping the grounds and apart

High Water bills

Using an excessive amount of renters' water to irrigate the grass leads to high water bills each month that renters themselves pay. Stop relying on renters to pay residence wasted water. Renters are not responsible for water used outside of their unit.

Awesome Place!

I am a new resident here at Cedar Bend and I am so glad I chose this complex to call home. I have no complaints. My apartment is spacious, maintenance responds immediately, the office staff are helpful and kind, and the property is very clean and quiet. I was kind of on the fence about moving here because I wanted to move somewhere with a dog park/play area. However, there is a nature park within walking distance of the complex and my dog and I have really been enjoying that little perk. I am so… glad I decided to move here :) This place is the best!
