Wonderful Community

I toured the property. Everyone was very professional. The manager came out to greet me. The community was nice, the unit felt like home. I definitely will be leasing when my semester starts in August. Two words clean and inviting!

Moving day

I recently moved into this apartment complex and I had a great experience with the staff. From the beginning, they were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions, made the move-in process smooth, and made me feel very welcome. It’s clear they care about the residents and work hard to keep everything running well. I truly appreciate their support and kindness!

Great place to live

Parkford Oaks is a great apartment community tucked away near Uptown, offering a nice balance of convenience and a quieter, more private feel. The property is well-kept, and the location makes it easy to get to everything without feeling like you’re right in the middle of the chaos.

Carlos, the property manager, really stands out—he’s responsive, professional, and genuinely makes sure things get handled. Whether it’s maintenance or general questions, you can count on him to take care of it… quickly.

Overall, it’s a solid place to live if you want a good location with dependable management.
