Cedar Ridge Townhomes

I wish I never moved here. I've put in 6 maintenance request to fix my AC and its still not fixed. They'll send me a notice saying they fixed the problem and nothing has been done. I contacted the corporate office and still nothing was done. My energy bill went up twice as much since the summer. If you like not having AC then this is the perfect place for you. The temperature won't go under 82 degrees. It's really uncomfortable even with fans going in every room. I lived in these townhouses several years ago and it’s a dump! Notice on the web page they don’t show you a actual unit. That’s because they don’t have a decent unit to show. There is a lot of drug activity next door in the convience store. I have watch from my window drug transactions take place. If you’re ok with that type of activity, by all means rent here.
