Staff literally ignored me when I asked a question about when I could get the deposit back standing in front of them in their office with nobody else in the line. I asked again about three time. They didn't care. They looked away the whole time. Also, very bad bed bugs problem and will make you pay for the treatment even if it is their faults for moving somebody with bedbugs into your clean apartment. I lived with them for 2 years and developed really bad allergy with the carpet. My... recommendation is not to move in if the could be an issue for you. Worst Experience i've ever had in United states of america.
House is full of dirt, they have dirty carpets, which they refuse to change.
You will find every kind of spider and insects in there.
The worst part they take the deposit from you, a big value.
which they SAY will return after you cancel your lease, but you have to beg like anything to get it back. i begged for 2 months after i canceled my lease,
and they returned only 1/4 of the deposit. And this when i cleaned the whole room bathroom... and the carpet before handing off the room to them.
And last, when you cancel the lease. They don't even inspect the room and ask you sign the form which says the room has been inspected.

I am just finishing my year long lease here at centennial, and I never want to set foot on the property again.
On the first day we moved in, we killed approx. 10 roaches that were just running on countertops. The carpet was full of hair, the counters and tables were dirty and it was obvious that no attempt to clean was made whatsoever. We went to the management and said that our unit needed to be cleaned, and after reassuring us that we were on their list, we never got any help. Since then, it... has gotten worse. If you keep a clean apartment, you see even more roaches because they look for food. During the winter, we didnt have hot water until after noon every day. The internet is spotty at best. I just received an $80 late fee without any prior notice. My rent auto pay had ended, and they let it sit for 2 weeks before slapping me with a ridiculous fee. I was never notified regarding a late payment. You have to go to the office to pick up packages, and the staff always act as if you're inconveniencing them. Be prepared to wait while they sit in the back rooms joking and not doing their jobs. If you want a nice, quiet, clean place to live, look elsewhere.
