Honestly this may be the worst place I’ve lived in. The first few 5-6 months of living here the fire alarm went over 3-4 times requiring everyone to evacuate. We were once outside 1 am - 2 am. If you have pets absolutely do not come here. The fire alarms are in the bedrooms so it’s going to upset your animals. It genuinely caused my cat and my roommates cats so much stress having to toss them in carriers and bring them outside that often.

Beyond this they have a big towing issue. Even residents... have been towed and the towing company is a really crappy one that tows for the stadium too. One mistake on your or their part and you’re stuck paying $350 just to see ur or ur friends car again. Not worth it. Not to mention the parking site has no response. You can contact them but you’ll get no answer. Not worth it.

And don’t expect any peace and quiet. I’m on the 4th floor specifically because I have a sensitivity to noise when I sleep. And yet, for the last few months there’s been construction in the ceilings, stomping, using machines, laughing and talking, dropping materials. At what time? Well the earliest I documented was 6:45 am. And I’ve emailed the manager about it multiple times but haven’t received any email back as of yet, especially since the said hours were 7 to noon I believe. And the worst part is, someone below you can complain about noise but apparently construction is reasonable even though it affects sleep. And I’m talking loud enough to hear them speak at times. The walls here are incredibly thin and incredibly old. And the construction is still happening as I’m speaking.

The elevator is always broken one way or another. And when it’s not it reeks of sweat. The whole hallway of the building is outside so it’s very hot and smells terrible. There was a time when it smelled like actual poop in our hallway. But seriously if you want to live in an apartment where the elevator works, go elsewhere. My roommate when she first moved in had to bring her stuff in by stairs on move in day (to the 4th floor in August).

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The complex is well maintained, management is easy to communicate with, and my maintenance requests are handled quickly. I also always feel safe here, which is so valuable to me. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area.

Clean and maintained grounds. Great location. Great service.
