Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. I've had nothing but trouble since I moved in. The pool is always closed, roaches are everywhere (even when they charge you for pest control), water is shut down very often without notice, I haven't had hot water in days, my REGISTERED car was towed and they claimed they left a notice at my door (no notice was ever left), the floors are trash, the walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the next apartment, there is nobody to... enforce their noise policy at night so you hear every type of thing going on late at night, cars are vandalized often... Management changes very often due to the high number of problems they refuse to solve! They shut off the water for up to a full day at a time with out notice. Not to mention the hot water which gets shut off multiple times a week, again without notice. When I moved here I was told water was included and then new management refuses to keep that policy. Rent is about 200-300 higher than what is listed plus utilities. There is never any parking! Gates never work, huge problem in the morning when... going to work. Staff is never helpful! They close the office when they know there is a problem. Paying rent is difficult because online pay is never working. Rent should be much much lower, trash filled parking lot. The office staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. It’s just to many people coming with problems at one time so people feel like there being ignored other then that it’s a very nice community to raise your kids.

I can’t say anything positive about this trash hole. I can’t wait until my lease is up in a few months because I can’t stand it. Haven’t had hot water going on 4 days, have not gotten any answer or apologies. The pot holes are crazy huge and I’m not understanding how filling them with huge rocks solves anything. There is a roach infestation that appears the only way to resolve would be to bulldoze this trash hole to the ground, the pest control guy agreed. This place is the absolute worst!! Do not move here if you care about your health and well being. Raw sewage flowing into the streets and parking lot and sidewalks. Water off for hours or days at a time and this has been happening since I moved in May last year. Appears no one working in the office had any customer service training and this slum is too expensive. The roaches are terrible and the pest control has absolutely no effect on them.
