It was filthy when my daughter moved in - she was so excited to move into an apartment and it was such a big let down that I had to beg and borrow cleaning items from the cleaning lady so that I could scrub her kitchen/living space so it wouldn't feel so gross moving in :(
Along the way maintenance not great - washer/dryer was out for several weeks, door handle to front door literally fell off in my hand, her bedroom door never closed/locked.
Hallways always stunk and were never clean any of the... times that I visited.
On move out - I scrubbed it personally but was still charged for a hook left hanging in the shower and charged $$ several hundred dollars for turning in keys 2 hours late (there were instructions for leaving them in a drop box that we couldn't find so we waited until they got back)
It was close to campus and relatively safe, so there's that

Don't get me wrong—I really enjoyed my stay, especially my cozy corner apartment and having my own space with a private bathroom, bedroom, and closet. But the management was a nightmare. I sublet my unit and found someone to take over my lease, yet the manager kept sending emails with the wrong unit number—three different times! I had to keep calling and emailing to correct it. From the beginning, I made it clear which unit was being taken over, but every time I called, they’d say they’d leave a... note for the manager. Either they never did, or the manager just didn’t bother checking.
To make things worse, they even charged me for rent when the new tenant was supposed to pay it, and I had to call them three times to get it fixed. On top of that, the hallways always smelled bad and looked disgusting. It felt like they were only cleaned about three times in four months. Honestly, don’t waste your hard-earned money here—it’s way overpriced. Check out Arlie Apartments or another place instead.

I've lived here since August 2022 with 2 different sets of roommates. Ever since then, management has let the trash pile up to where it was nearly as tall as me MULTIPLE TIMES. The amenities are always broken or disgusting (i.e. the grill knobs being unusable, the dog park being filled with poop, or there not being any toilet paper in the bathrooms on the 1st floor). When my roommates had multiple pets (3 cats and a dog), management hadn't investigated the claims at all after being notified a... dozen times. If you decide to read the reviews for this place, take them to heart because it's likely that they are 100% true from personal experience.

This place and the management are trash! If I could give them a zero I would, they charge extra for their lack of communication, and make you pay crazy fees after lying that you don’t have any outstanding balances. Don’t move here! Not worth the hustle!!!
