I scheduled a tour here and the door was locked and they kept hanging up on the first ring. Would have truly loved to see the place quite disappointed.

Beautiful Updated Apartment Homes
You would love Water's Landing Apartments for your new home. The interior of the apartment homes are updated with new appliances and beautiful light fixtures. The kitchen comes with a decorative and lovely wall splash along with new cabinets. New carpet in bedrooms and living area. Nice quiet community and an excellent home for your pet. Warm smiles and friendly personalities in the leasing office. Onsite and on call maintenance crew that's willing to provide fast and quick service on work... orders. For hot and steamy days Water's Landing Apartment Homes has a beautiful cool pool for all outsiders. Nice picnic areas for family fun and activities. Brand new laundry room for tenants. Beautiful land scaping that make Water's Landing Apartment Homes a wholesome place to stay. #109

Ive been living here in the waterlandings for 4 years . This is a great apartment complex they're very roomy and beautiful they have washer and dryer connections . Big bedrooms and closets . Management is very friendly and helpful overall it's a great community and neighborhood very safe .

my apartment is very wonderful
My apartment is very roomy and nice. It has fireplace, two split bedrooms, and washer and dryer connections. It has a built-in desk for my computer. Lots of closet space in the bedrooms and last but not least, two full bathrooms. Also it has a nice storage closet. So I would like to say, even though I don't really care about where I live, a home is what you make it on the inside. I love my apartment!!
