I've been renting in Providence in the Park for about a year now, and since I've been in DFW this place has been a strong contender for the best experience I've had. Rent is a little on the price side for the size of the unit, but overall quality makes it worth it in my opinion. The office tram is are great, maintenance team awesome, and overall I am very pleased with Cortland and Providence in the Park. I would, and have, highly recommend them.

Solid 8/10. Not perfect but close as can be reasonable. Great office crew, and great maintenance (shoutout to Tone who fixed our sink). A little on the pricey side, but worth it imo. Only been here a couple of months, but I am very happy with the overall experience.
