Very good maintenance

I visited Round Rock and noticed these apartments are very maintained! The apartment I looked at was beautiful and outside was maintained. This tells me the maintenance here is excellent! No doubt Roundrock is on my list!

Fine if you're a handyman

Ah, let me count the issues: water main leaks..they shut off water w/o letting residents know. Several of the back units have flooded during substantial rainstorms. Severe bug infestations..primarily milipedes, ear wigs and ants. You can pretty much expect to have to wait a month or more for an exterminator. Parking lot lamps out and though reported, not replaced. This is a dark complex. Light is needed at night in the lot. Residents have had cars broken into. Maintenance, if they show up at all… , is not thorough, and often they just mask the problem so you'll have same prob again and again. They are dark with only a few windows, and only some of the units have overhead lights. They are small with virtually no storage space.

Comfy place

I moved in a year ago. My lease is about to expire and I will be renewing. I like living here. The Maintence is a little slow but the office staff is nice. My neighbors are great.

Excellent Place to Live Close to the UTA Campus

If you want to live in a quiet and secure place close to the UTA, this is the place. I have been very lucky to find an available unit last year because they rarely have one. Although the units are old, they are very well maintained. When you have an issue, the management staff and the repair team react immediately to solve your problem. I have been living here for about a year and I would recommend this place to anyone especially to students and professionals who want to live close to the UTA… campus.

UTA friendly environment

I have been living here since 2 years while studying at UTA. Till now, I have not regreted living in this townhome. There are very friendly neighbour. No any reports of a robbery. its very affordable to live here. Though there is no onsite laundry, there is one nearby 2 min drive from home. There is a small patio at the back of apartments which is indeed very nice to chill after heavy work. I have recommended some of my UTA friends to live here and they are very happy with it. I would recommend… anyone to live here.
