We were impressed the minute we walked in the door. There was resident activity going on, the front lobby area is much nicer than our previous complex, and we felt very comfortable. Heather gave us a tour and helped is with a "slight" accident in a very pleasant manner. Our decision was an easy one.

I believe many people who have lived in an owner occupied home for many, many years are reluctant to think of a place like the Orchards as being a living experiencethey would like. They think of it as an apartment, and the last apartment they were in might've been 40 or 50 years ago. I know that's the way I felt. I think we all should be diligent about calling these homes. That's what they are, and that's what they feel like. It is not my perception of what I thought an apartment was going to be... . I love my home here at the Orchards.
