Don’t Bother

Looks Nice but Leasing Office is Not Supportive
It has been over a week since I applied. I have had to call 4 times after my application was submitted. They are not honoring my emotional support animals or the 2 weeks free. I was literally told by Christina that she was too busy with meeting from corporate and to wait until Ron returned 3 days later. I waited and still got the runaround including that they didn't actually email me my lease. I have requested my application fees and administrative... fees be paid back because they did not act in good faith and I have yet to get a response. While the townhomes look nice, the level of support for a new potential resident are non-existent so I can only imagine how bad the support is when you actually live there.

Poor Construction - Cricket Infestation

There are cracks and holed throughout our unit thus allowing many crickets to get into our home. Imagine waking up to use the restroom and finding a large cricket in your bathroom sink. Been here less than a month and have already killed over 20 crickets! Disgusting. Literally paying house mortgage prices and for what if you cant even feel comfortable in your home! Do not recommend this place at all! Don't be fooled by the 'look' of these homes. Even salt looks like sugar.
