Villas at the Parks

This is a great place - it's quiet and really close to where I work. I love not having upstairs neighbors,most of the apartments are one story with no upstairs. It's been very convenient and the apartment is beautiful. I never thought I could afford an apartment with quartz or granite - not sure which one. The bathrooms have a beautiful tub area with big tiles and accent tiles and the kitchens, especially the appliances and air conditioner are new so it's like living in a new apartment... without the high rent. The manager and everyone is really nice and responded right away when I couldn't get into the gate( I forgot the gate code). I like that is is gated also and its really close to everything - the Mall is right down the street and so many great restaurants in the area. I can get to I-20 in less than 5 minutes. They are continuing to make improvements - the office is beautiful. I got a really nice move in gift which came in handy while I was moving in. Thanks Maria! I resided in that joke of an Apartment Complex. Lived their for 2 years and dealt with juvenile delinquents, Parents who contribute to their kids running unsupervised. Kids who scratched my blue SUV because they hated whites. Nails causing me to remove it at Discount Tire. Management also caused some people to have credit ratings damaged by forcing them to rid satellite dishes before their 24 month contracts are up and paying the tenants so they can pay for the early termination fee. That step... father with the knowledge of his step daughter violated the local ordinance of illegally running a convenience store in a multi family property luckily he wasn't selling hot food. The owner of this property better do something and simply giving a warning doesn't work. Fire the management and use some local real estate business that is in the multi family business to run this apartment complex on their behalf or sell the complex to a rental company entirely since the owner doesn't give a care for his investment. Avoid this place at all cost. No court should accept their complaint to evict non paying tenants and no credit rating business should accept lease violations for breaking it. If I had the opportunity again and saw the first sign during my lease I would of given notice and not pay them any early termination fee. I have lived here too long maybe it's time to move because work is not getting done around here. The Manager plays favoritism n is very wishy washy.... her stepfather n mother are maintenance n this trio have got to go. Work orders will be done when they are done according to Maintenance. So save yourself headaches n stomache ulcers because that is what this place will do to you.

Me and my son enjoy living in this Apartment complex. It is so close to everything especially the Parks Mall.
