Woodbridge Townhomes

Roach infested. The apartments are old and ran down. The manager advised me that he will come into my apartment whenever he please. I’ve never had to deal with something like this. I am warning you, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! stay away.

My family and I just relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He had no clue as where we were going to live. My husband and I sat in a restaurant before he flew back to Colorado. He found Woodbridge Townhomes and I did the leg work of view the property well before I got to the property to check it out, he already had called ahead and spoke to Amy! He fell in love with her outstanding customer service and already had arranged for her to meet me. When I got to the complex; needless to say I was… impressed with what I saw before I uttered one word to Amy! I walked into the leasing office where I finally put a voice to the name. I received the same outstanding customer service and not only that great tips about the community and neighborhood! The most memorable part was how quiet and well kept the complex was! I met with the maintenance staff (Jermaine and Aaron) and they were friendly and showed the same great customer service. I can’t begin to tell you how relieved I was and reassured by everyone that my living experience was going to be great and that I made the right choice! Then I met Kelly the property manager and it’s like we all knew each other for a long periods of time. I go by the office not to complain, but to just sit and chat! If you are new to the area or have been in the area a while and need a place to call home! This is it. This isn’t something I was told to do by the team; this my personal testimony I experienced! First of all when I signed my lease in august,my apartment was not ready on the day they told me,they finished it one day after,the air condition did not work and it took two weeks to get it fixed,keep in mind I moved in this past august.my front door also was broken,maintainence fixed it good enough to work until he was to come back with a new door,3 mos later still has not been fixed,there is a deadbolt lock on my patio door,I ask maintainence if he could get some bolt cutters and cut the lock… ,3 mos later lock is still there.my car has been broken into twice since I been here,my shower has been loose since I been here,there is a large opening underneath the sink in the half bath downstairs big that leads to outside and big enough for rodents to fit through,cable wires are old and frayed ,and have not seen a maintainence man anywhere on property for a month and a half.apparently the management has money to erect new signage to attract potential tenants but have no money to update the paint job that dates back to 1978. Moving cross country is stressful enough, choosing a place where my family could once again call home was an even bigger task. These townhomes are beautiful and just what we were looking for. The Property Manager Kelly and her team has been so helpful and professional the entire time. Some of the nostalgia of doing such a big move left us and allowed us to focus on something else. This community with its improvements and many other details to come, deserves more than a 5 Star rating.
