From the moment we pulled in, we knew Ascend 250 was the right place. The community has a safe, open, and welcoming atmosphere, and it was impressively clean even with ongoing construction. We’re excited to be part of it and look forward to seeing the final layout take shape. Everyone we’ve met has been friendly, and communication with the staff has been easy and responsive. Highly recommend!

This is home! From the moment I viewed this property I felt like family! It’s beautiful with an amazing staff who is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to anything you may need ! Being here feels safe , clean and welcoming. I love it here !!!!! Everything was explained to me, if I ran into any issues with the application process the ladies sat down with me to complete it without any complaints! You don’t get that with every property like these ladies! Also Kyle is the best ! Any maintenance… issues he jumps right on it immediately with a smile on his face! It’s the small things for me that make a difference when moving into a complex. You will not regret coming here and having a staff that appreciates you but also wants to make sure you’re taken care of not just from move in but throughout living here! The units are gorgeous! So much space and the stand up showers omg I love it !
