My experience here has been good, little hiccups, but overall it's a very nice community, well kept. You don't even know children are here until you hear them or see them outside.

I relocated from Chicgao, I searched on the internet for an apartment. I flew down, toured the property liked it very much, this was the property i looked at ! It is quite no issues at all
The front office was excellent , they answered all questions the leasing manager was very helpful actually exceeded expectations ! I highly recommend

Latitude Magnolia Community is awesome , the staff is excellent! Always attentive, they sponsor things like pool parties for tenant appreciation day and back to school breakfast for the community.
