The leasing agent Shonna lacks communication skills and spends the whole appointment hour talking about her personal life and the office manager seems to be the only one who can do things and was rude when I was checking the application status . I called about 6 times a day for 5 days and finally got through just to be told there was a waiting list that they had to choose from before they can submit my application. All of which was never told to me initially. They will make sure to get your... application fee , make you miss work just for a meaningless appointment to sit there for an hour and fill out a application( that could literally be done at home and dropped off).They will give you the run around on for weeks. I called the corporate office just to see if they could get someone to call me back, and the very first call I EVER received from Shonna was her attacking me for calling corporate because I couldn’t get her to call me! I’m sorry but nobody who has been waiting to see what’s going to happen with their living situation wants to be ignored and have to call everywhere just to check the status! I Basically wasted my $25 and a hard inquiry on my credit report for nothing. I really wanted to live here due to the nice and quiet area , nice sized apartments but if the renting experience would be anything like the application process , it’s not worth it honestly!
