They have big issue with maintenance and availability in the office. Hard to reach anyone and have you staff fixed in limited time. Appliance are poor quality.

I enjoy living at Peak at 1385. The staff is friendly and helpful, the maintenance team is fast and dependable, and the amenities are a great bonus. It feels like a well-managed community and a comfortable place to live.

Leasing office staff is not helpful. They don’t communicate with each other about issues so whenever you call you just run around in circles and they can be very rude and have attitude. The property is beautiful but built quickly. During the winter I had ant trails in my apartment and found holes where they were coming from inside my apartment. Maintenance is great but when they replace curtain things there are unexpected fees that were not told or discussed. Feels like they are trying to take... more money out of my pockets without verifying if I need to pay a fee.

Thank you for your feedback as this is valuable on how we can improve. We have recently had some changes in the office team so not all members may be up to speed with any issues, but we actively communicate any new issues so that all team...
members are on the same page.
