No extra/overnight guests. No mail delivery unless personally arranged. No moving or rearranging of furniture. Do not unplug electronics. No pre-check-in bag storage. No disrespecting or disturbing neighbors. No loud noise or music past 10 PM. Do not flush too much/bulk toilet paper in the toilet bowl to prevent clogging. Used wet wipes should be thrown in the trash bins; clogs from wet wipes will result in a $300 fee. Check-in is between 5:00 PM and 12:00 AM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. Children under eighteen should be supervised when using the hot tub, and children under five are strictly prohibited. No candles are allowed on or in the hot tub, no shoes are to be worn in the hot tub, and no electrical appliances are to be used in or near the hot tub. When the hot tub is not in use, the cover must be reinstalled and secured. Do not sit on the hot tub cover. Do not turn off or unplug the hot tub. Guests agree to leave the hot tub in the same condition it was received; negligence or abuse will result in payment for cleaning and/or repairs. Guests are responsible for explaining the risks of using the hot tub to any guests at the house and for any accidents, medical conditions, or injuries their guests may incur. Guests agree to release and hold harmless the host, the William Vacation Rental, the William Vacation Rental staff, and the owners of the vacation home from any and all liability and claims related to the use of the hot tub or surrounding area. Guests are responsible and liable for any damages that occur to the cabin amenities and hot tub and its support equipment through their or their guests' misuse and/or negligence.
