Damages to the property, decor, or furnishings will be charged at cost, plus a $20.00 service charge. Excessive cleaning needs will result in additional fees. Due to the property's natural environment, occasional insects may be present. While high standards of cleanliness and pest control are maintained, the occasional presence of insects is not grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation. Guests are not allowed to park in any covered spots, reserved spots, or handicapped spots unless the vehicle has clear and visible legal tags prominently displayed on the dashboard. Vehicles parked on the premises must be registered prior to arrival and may be subject to a nightly fee. All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Guests are not permitted to carry firearms or weapons in the apartment or on the property. The maximum number of guests is 2 guests per bedroom. Rollaway beds, inflatable mattresses, and sleeping bags are prohibited. Exceeding maximum occupancy will result in a minimum $1,000 charge and may result in eviction without refund. No events of any kind are allowed on the premises, including weddings. Visitors must be accompanied by the guest at all times. Children are welcome but must be under immediate adult supervision in amenity areas. Packages will not be accepted and no mail deliveries can be sent to the apartment. In case of an emergency, call 911 immediately and notify your host. Guests are responsible for any items left behind, including shipping and personnel charges for returns.
