Guests who smoke in the apartment, hallways, common areas, or leave cigarette butts on the grounds will be charged $1,000 for odor abatement. Unapproved/unregistered guests or pets will incur a $200 fine and an additional $50 pet cleaning fee. Damages to the property, decor, or furnishings will be charged at cost, plus a $20.00 service charge. Because our properties are part of a natural environment, occasional insects or small living beings, including bugs, spiders, flies, and similar, may be present on site or enter the unit. While we maintain high standards of cleanliness and pest control, the occasional presence of insects is not grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
