Unfortunately, the property itself trails far behind. Dog waste lingered in a stairwell for?two?months, bag stations are often empty, and just seven pool chairs serve 400 residents. The garage gate fails so often residents get trapped until after?8?a.m., then it’s left open all day, while only one camera watches the garage despite break-ins.... Rusting rails, fences and doors signal neglect, and renewals force loyal tenants to haggle for incentives new renters get automatically—all while comparable apartments nearby cost about?25?% less.
Great staff can’t offset chronic maintenance lapses, sparse security and premium pricing. Modest fixes—more seating, a new gate, better cameras, fresh paint and upfront renewal incentives—could restore the promised “luxury.”
