Happy Camper
Lived here for over 10 years. Reason rent is fair.Close to HEB,Walmart,Home Depot. Had a couple of issues but were taken care of pretty quick. Only thing I have a problem with is I wish we had assigned parking.

Great Managers
I have been here for over 6 year's.Never had any problems.The new managers have been renovating and cleaning.I have never seen any mice or rats.As far as roaches one time after the neighbors moved out.I bought spray and they were gone in 4 days.Keep your apt clean and don't throw trash on the ground.Maintenance is fast.My neighbors are nice.They may not be brand new or gold plated.Home is what you make it.

Rats, bedbugs, crime, cockroaches, ugly prostitutes
This place has bed bugs, rats (not mice, rats), it is infested with cockroaches, there are prostitutes hanging out at all times of the night, people on drugs everywhere. And trust me - I am NOT exaggerating. Go out here after 10pm and see how sketchy it looks. My car was broken into twice because it is so sketchy. I attached a picture of 1 of the 5 rats I caught. This place is totally fitlhy. And not only that - after they give you a nasty apartment that already smells - when you move out - they... will try to charge you $255 as a 'carpet/odor' clean. Which I will never ever pay. Do not move in here unless it is the only option you have

Fair for the money
This place is fair in you are in desperate need of a place to live. I wouldn't recommend any one to move here. Everything is old and outdated, plumbing is bad. Apartment has signs of mildew. Carpet is old and dirty. Common areas are not maintained on a regular basis. There are always beer cans everywhere. Laundry room is unsanitary. The staff here is pretty nice.

You get what you paid for
The price was good but when we first moved in many repairs were still needed & the apartment wasn't cleaned. Our neighbors always left beer cans outside of their doors or on the stairs.There was very little parking. The washer & dryers were broken exept for 2, which you had to use a prepaid card to use. Management sometimes were difficult to work with. My rent was $525 utilities for 510 sq ft back in 2014 but now its $790 which is way too high for that kind of apartment.
