Allegre Point

I loved the customer service. The receptionist and manager treated me very well. Excellent service, they answered all my questions and resolved any concerns. I loved the apartments. Their layout and surroundings are very clean and offer the tranquility I was looking for. Without exception, I chose Allegre Point.

I moved in about a month ago and recently found out someone was murdered in my building the apartment did not disclose this information to me

Excellent apartment complex. I lived here for about a year and a half on the first floor. The units are clean and spacious. I never really had any maintenance issues but if I did, they were always super quick for repairs. The property is well taken care of and maintained, office staff is nice and helpful. Everyone is quite respectful of others so I never really had noise issues. Hands down the best complex I've lived in.

After staying here for a year (2019)
Here are some reasons in no particular order that made me upset with the community.

1) Changing the parking policy and not producing proper prior notification causing our car to be towed. Management only offered an apology and were unable to get us back our money for the tow. ($300+)

2) The neighbors smoke inside their house and it seeps Management took forever (3+ weeks) to come and do something about it and in the end they’ve only minimized the smell by… slightly blocking the outlets.

3) The electricity is always going off throughout the day. I constantly find my alarm clocks all reset because of the power going out.

4) There’s only one Trash bin in the whole complex and it’s always full.

5) The gate is broken very often and it allows for everyone to get in so that’s just a false sense of security.

6) The treadmills have not worked the couple of times I’ve been so there was no point for me to keep going.
