Has that brand new car smell... But as an apartment
Just moved in, and can say we have really enjoyed living here. The office staff has been so helpful getting us a good deal, great view, and an easy move in. Ask for Marissa or Whitney, they are so helpful and quick to respond to your needs.
Brand new- so they don't have a used feeling. All of the amenities are up to date and cutting edge for the area. They also have a 48 hour policy, so if something needs fixed in you unit, they gaurantee the fix with 48 hrs or else you get credit towards... your rent.
Our only complaints are that we can hear the people above use stomping around at night, and the water pressure isn't great. First world problems!

Great apartment complex, perfect Austin location
This is my first apartment in Austin and I couldn't have picked a better location. The complex is also brand new and the apartments have great amenities (washer/dryer, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, awesome pool & courtyard, gym, parking garage). Everything I wanted and more. Within 15 minutes of everything - airport, downtown, shopping, South Congress, Mt Bonnell, Zilker Park, etc. Grocery store and restaurants are within a mile. They're also building more restaurants, shops,... movie theater, etc. across the street. Couldn't have found a better apartment or location!

Great Apt with very few draw backs
Have lived here for a week and really enjoy most of the features. The amenities are great and it is a beautiful place to live. Can hear the people above you, but thats the same in most apts. Flooring isn't real hardwood but it looks nice. Kitchen space is amazing and there is a ton of storage considering the size.
Being by a park has its ups and downs, but the noise stays pretty low at night.
