Avoid at all costs
Horrible management and staff. If you decide to live here, make sure you’re a very heavy sleeper because management refuses to do anything about excessive noise levels at all hours of the night, making this apartment seems like an overpriced dorm room. Additionally, staff is reluctant to address problems such as not being able to access the gated parking garage and instead leaves it to residents to address these issues themselves. On top of that, staff is routinely rude and condescending to... residents when the most basic requests are asked of them.
After being forced to book hotels on several occasions, I ultimately had to talk to the district manager before being permitted to leave this place so that I could get any amount of rest at night. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Avoid AMLI Eastside at all costs. There are plenty of better options in this neighborhood.
