Doesn't respond or answer calls, or helps take care of maintenance when you need something fixed. It's like a ghost town inside of the main office trying to get someone to help you or call in for something never there to help with anything. Wouldn't recommend.

Astra Avery Ranch is a beautiful home with the most amazing amenities and team! I was awed by the first step I took onto the property as the pool and landscaping transported me to a vacation oasis! Such a beautiful community.

The staff that work here are excellent and maintenance is really responsive. Aesthetically the community and apartments are nice. The problem truly lies in the construction with paper thin walls, we planned on renewing our lease. But after several nights of being woken up at 3:00 in the morning from our new upstairs neighbors. We decided not to renew our lease 10 days shy of the 60 day cancellation at which point we were penalized with an exorbitant and unnecessary fee. Instead of paying our... prorated rent for the 12 days of occupancy for the month of December, We are now responsible to pay an additional $1239. Which is ironic considering we were one of the first people to move in to this apartment and we dealt with months of delay on the pool and gym amenities being available for use with no compensation past the dates we were told upon signing our lease. they will lie and tell you one thing at first and then end up telling you something totally different two weeks later. I really do love my apartment here but management and services here are awful.

I Would have rated 0 for the management, My closet had moles and water leakage issues, which destroyed my suitcases. The maintenance people came over and installed two big machines in my closet which went up and running for 4 days consecutively. For that week my electricity bill went to $96.00 and upon further follow ups with the management the answer was I need to pay the bill for the issue which I didn't cause, so be ready if something happens to your apartment which is very common here you... will be responsible to pay the money. The charges are so necessarily for each and everything. The valet trash they will charge you $50 a month additionally. The Parcel pending services they have where UPS and FedEx will dump all your packages in one small mail room and you have to spend at least 20 mins to find your package and good luck to carry 150lbs box if you ordered something big and take that to 2nd floor by yourself, you will not get any single item at your door and you will be visiting mail room every other day. Most importantly I am still trying to contact the upper management for my electricity bill but as usual I have not received any response so far.
