Don't move here if you care about your mental health
The buildings look nice in photos, but the actual construction quality is extremely poor. The floors are very thin, and if you are not on the top floor, you can clearly hear your upstairs neighbor’s footsteps, thumps, and impact noise. “Luxury living” apparently means nice countertops, thin floors, and zero peace.
The plumbing was another major issue. During our lease, our kitchen sink clogged three separate times because of problems in the shared drainage line. Each time, the response was slow... and frustrating. At one point, the sink was unusable for around two weeks and smelled terrible, yet we had to keep following up and even go to the office multiple times just to get attention.
Management was the worst part. We dealt with intentional low-frequency noise from the upstairs neighbor for about 20 days. Instead of taking it seriously or offering a real solution, management brushed it off and called it a “normal apartment living issue.” That phrase says a lot. If a problem is inconvenient to solve, they simply redefine it as normal.
Overall, the surface finishes may look decent, but the living experience was extremely disappointing: poor sound insulation, cheap construction, recurring plumbing issues, slow maintenance response, and management that seemed more focused on minimizing complaints than solving them. Unless rent is your only priority, I would look elsewhere.

Regarding your sink issue, our records indicate that the clog was caused by excessive grease being poured down the drain. Our maintenance team worked diligently to resolve the problem and, during that time, provided access to an alternate apartment home for dishwashing needs. We strive to complete service requests as quickly as possible. Upon review, your maintenance requests have been completed within 24 hours in most cases, with the exception of requests that required scheduling with an outside vendor.
