Bluff Springs Townhomes

Great complex with some nice amenities: , swimming pool, pet stations, seating areas for conversation, mailboxes in front of the office, and each apartment has their own private patio and private entry, plus they accept BBQ grills. An apartment is only as nice as the residents make it. We have some that will not follow their lease agreement and feel they have special privileges. This property is always kept superrr clean and I love it. I like to take pride in where I live and the staff does too. Having a two story home is great. It reminds me of when I was a kid and in a two story house. This place just makes everything so much better. I'm so proud to call this my home. The staff is always willing to help in any way they can. I recommend you rent here. You won't regret it. :))

I've lived in Bluff Springs for about 2 years and I love it. I've never lived in a Townhome before and I'm in love with it I don't know if after this I will be able to move to a regular apartment. My kids are able to run, scream, play with out any one banging on my walls or roof or floor. LOL!!!!
The complex is small which means quiet and clean. My apartment is an old renovated one (They are now are now doing new renovations that look awesome) and is so comfortable. From the day I went to look at the property to the day I signed it has been the best experience I've ever had when it came to signing a lease. Sasha the front office staff was super friendly and so sweet she made me feel like family. When I went to pay my second months rent Maria the office manager asked if I was adjusting alright and if I had any concerns she would handle them. My aparment felt super luxurious high end finishes the restroom was like spa like you get what you pay for and more… you can't hear neighbors at all through the walls witch was my biggest concern I love my sleep. It's like walking distance to a grocery store witch is super convenient for me. The day I needed one egg I asked a neighbor for one and bless her hear she was so sweet older woman we got to know each other and she made me some sweet bread I told her I lived alone and worked all day she offered to feed me like if I was her family. All I have to say about this complex is I never want to move from here it's so so friendly and I saw a sherif car and found out we have a deputy living on the complex I felt super safe after that.
