Bridge at Bent Tree

Moved in from out of state recently so obviously it was difficult from the get-go for me but Griselda was amazing and made it so easy and smooth for me to move in. Showed up, dotted a few I’s, got my keys, unloaded, and got a great tour of the property along with all the information I needed about it! Gorgeous greenery that keeps a lot of the parking lot pretty shady so your car doesn’t get so hot. Seems pretty quiet and even though the highways aren’t very far away you can’t even hear them.... Lots of renovations too! I can’t wait to see what it will look like when they are finished! Literally everything you can pretty much think of is so close that I haven’t filled up my tank in more than two weeks. I highly recommend this complex! Read More

New management has denied basic security promised in the lease such as locks on doors, even on first floor apartments. I would look around the property before touring and see for yourself. Poor construction and communication, no notices before repairs with an 2-week turnaround average.

Bent Tree is a hidden gem! The location is fantastic, as everything you could possibly need is no more than ten minutes away - 2 grocery stores, downtown Austin, the Arboretum, the Arbor Walk, and the Domain. The management is consistent and our maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner. The apartments are a bit older, which means they are larger than newer apartments. Most importantly, the rent is very affordable, especially considering the location. We never expected to be... here for 8 years, but are extremely happy and have made lifelong friends in the process.
