Would recommend.

I recently lived in the complex and had a very positive experience. The management was attentive and responsive to any issues that arose. The maintenance staff was always prompt and did a great job keeping the property in excellent condition. My apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained despite the age. The layout was functional, with plenty of storage space on the patio and natural light. I especially enjoyed the amenities offered, such as the fitness center, large pool, and community... events. I really enjoyed my time living here and would have stayed if my job had not transferred me to a new location. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living space.

25 years and counting

I've been here for 25 years and I haven't looked back since. Property is very well-kept (I would hope so due to the monthly 5.00 landscaping cost) and staff has been good to me. I have recommended many friends here so the deals have been nice. I think i'll probably finish the remainder of my life here at Northwest Hills.

Mismanagement of Winter & Problems in General

I've been living in the Northwest Hills community for over 2 years now. They are a very strict place with strict rules, which may give you the false impression that the management is principled and organized enough to not let down their residents in the face of a winter crisis such as this. It was an okay community to live before, but the way that they are dealing with this situation is not acceptable to any person looking to rent a somewhat decent housing. Avoid this place at all costs, as they... accuse their residents of making unnecessary inquiries about anything (such as when the water will be turned back on when the water is gone for 8+ days, etc.). I am not renewing my contract for a reason. There are much better and much more affordable alternatives around this area, and you should totally go with them.

A Great Place to Live

My husband and I have lived here for over two years now and absolutely love the community.

It is a great mix of quiet residential but close to everything. Love being able to walk to Starbucks and HEB. It is a quick drive to downtown, to the UT campus, or to lots of companies in the Northwest.

The staff at the front office are super friendly and helpful. The maintenance is great and always comes within a working day for non-emergencies.

Some apartments have washer/dryer hookups but we just...
use the laundry room and it is readily available. We enjoy the pool and barbecue grills. Lots of parking. Dog friendly.

Great everything

I have lived at Northwest Hills almost 2 years now.
I love it! Front office staff is always friendly and helpful! Miguel the office manager is wonderful he has always been willing to answer any questions I have.
Maintainance is always fast and the maintenance staff friendly and respectful.
I love the area, I jog after I get home from work at 8pm and always feel very safe.
Overall I would recommend this place to family and friends. In fact I do all the time.
It's right on the UT free bus line...
and is a great place students. Or anyone who wants to live close to down town, but not to close.
