Beware they will charge after 1 year of leaving.
Avoid staying here. They charged me with 1250$ almost after 1 year 3 months after I left. I paid in full and confirmed with them that I have made the right payment. After leaving I called multiple times to ask if I have anything remaining. They never replied back. I have emails as proof for all of this. After almost 1 year 3.months they are asking me more rent(out of thin air) and also carpet replacement fees. I stayed here for more than 2 years after that they want me to replace the carpet for... them. This is beyond imagination. I have never been harassed like this by any landlord before. Please avoid them at any cost.

I love living here. I’ve lived here over 3 yrs. Maintenance is great and respond quickly. The property is kept immaculate and I love so many of the people who live here. It’s like a village. I don’t see myself moving any time in the future.
