    For the most part, the apartment community is good and kept quite clean. The apartment is in great condition, and I have not needed to request maintenance support much however whenever I have needed to call them, they are very responsive and friendly. There have been a few issues with the fire alarm getting triggered in the middle of the night, sometimes twice. All of these have been false alarms. Another big issue is package theft. If you are not home for a few hours, your package will get… stolen, whether it’s in the mailroom or in front of your own door. The leasing office has tried to stop this from happening but nothing seems to have worked. Most people have resorted to video doorbells to prevent this from happening.
