Burnet Flats

For the most part, the apartment community is good and kept quite clean. The apartment is in great condition, and I have not needed to request maintenance support much however whenever I have needed to call them, they are very responsive and friendly. There have been a few issues with the fire alarm getting triggered in the middle of the night, sometimes twice. All of these have been false alarms. Another big issue is package theft. If you are not home for a few hours, your package will get... stolen, whether it’s in the mailroom or in front of your own door. The leasing office has tried to stop this from happening but nothing seems to have worked. Most people have resorted to video doorbells to prevent this from happening. Lee mas

I have been extremely happy at Burnet Flats. Maintenance has been timely any time I have put in requests. I appreciate the communication from the leasing office with the staff and planning events, even though I typically can't go, I love that they plan resident events!

Burnet Flats are like having my own little slice of heaven on earth. Above excellenence customer and maintenance support. My neighbors are AWESOME!!! Insulation is the best because I don’t hear my neighbors. I’m never leaving!!!

Good community and area! Management is pretty good about staying on top of things.
Minor complaints: garage doors don’t always work right, none of the 2x2s have the double sinks, etc.

Greta place to live! I just moved from the Cedar Park area and the differences are huge! My social life has been amazing, I feel plugged into the city, and there’s so much walking distance!
