Camber Ranch Apartments

I can’t speak higher of the team at Camber Ranch. I was almost facing eviction but they worked with me through a VERY tough period. You were patient and showed much grace. Now I’m back on my feet and enjoying what I’m paying for, the amenities helped me get in shape, the pool is a great and accessible cool down, the security and grounds team patrol is visible and present.

Only wish I have is that the dog park right before the connecting bridge was reinforced. I tried bringing my boys there a... couple times but there are gaps in a couple spots where a dog could go under. But I’m just happy to be here :)

Our entire experience has been amazing thanks to one leasing agent, Nathan Elliott. From the very beginning, he has gone above and beyond for us and has continually exceeded our expectations when it comes to customer service. You can tell he cares about the residents at Camber Ranch! 10/10 so far!!

Everyone is pretty friendly and stays to themselves, haven’t really met too many neighbors but haven’t gotten any negative vibes either so I like it

It’s a little early but so far so good. Maintenance was a little slow, in the walls are a little thin so we can hear the neighbors. We hope our experience improves because we’re excited to be here

Super easy move in and application process. Seamless, and lots of communication. For what you get in each unit, there is a ton of value to living here
