Maintenance is one of the best things of the Canyon Springs community. I have been here for 5 years and thanks to great maintenance, I stayed as long as I did. However, in the last 2 years, with the new management of Alexa (and Mellisha,) everything has improved exponentially.
Alexa has brought smiles (literally, a welcoming friendly smile and greeting when you walk in) and friendliness to the office; she has introduced little changes (but big to us), like email reminders as well as messages... left on our doors. The grounds have been spruced up with plants and flowers where the last management claimed there was no budget for landscaping. But for us tenants, even a little effort goes a long way. Last, but not least, requests and suggestions are received kindly and ALWAYS, with her unique and friendly SMILE.

Moved a little over a month ago. This is a very quiet and cozy place to live. The office staff are very professional and helpful. The people who live here are very nice and friendly. The common areas are clean and well kept. I love the design of the entire place inside and outside.
