I had toilet water from upstairs leak out of my bathroom light socket from July 4th. It took a month and half to fix plus residual touch up here and there. There a bad mold problem and sparking of the light circuit.
I moved out earlier I paid an extra month because of the contract. They want to pay an extra 6 days. Instead of the leaded time to pay at the office they sent to Jetty.

When i first moved in in 2021 the rent was affordable. It was newly opened so a lot of the units were empty, meaning it was peaceful. After 2 rent increases, it is no longer affordable. The quality of tenants has gone down as my neighbors are yelling at each other at 3am. Sketchy things happen at night and homeless people shamelessly steal from the patios. Management does nothing about the complaints. The laundry room is nasty, the pool has had poop in it multiple times, no one cleans up after… their pets, homeless people play music loud at night outside of the complex, and the tenants here are sketchy as hell. There are some apartments down the street that are better than this and you get more bang for your buck. Thank God my lease ends soon. Read More

The Studio Apartments are the perfect size for me, and I believe for others. Management is extremely proficient at managing and still resolving other issues that need attention. Property is quite at night for the most part with some interruptions from time to time. That being said, I really enjoy the complex, I love the location, and the other transportation options. If you are single or a couple, of two, this would make a splendid place to live...consider....

These studio apartments are not as nice or clean as the pictures make it seem they are. After moving in, I sent hours cleaning. Also the neighbors are very noisy and there is no proper way to make a noise complaint on the weekends. Washers and dryer’s in laundry room are nasty and have pet in them. Dog poop is all in the grass and sometimes on the sidewalks
