Cornerstone Condominiums

Although the location is fantastic, the price of these condos is out of control. I was never given a garage clicker, so I had to get out of my car to type in the code to enter the complex, even in rain, cold, heat, etc and had an uncovered parking spot under a pollinating tree. I was never given a number for maintenance requests and never once saw a staff member on-site in the year and a half I lived here. My shower would not switch to "bath mode" and also toward the end of my lease, the water... would just stop coming out of the shower and would come back ice-cold, usually mid-shampoo. The air conditioner had issues and water began to seep up through the cracks in my wood floor, and no AC parts or flooring were ever replaced, leaving the floor extremely warped. A fuse blew in my bathroom so there was no lights, and my closet door was broken when I moved in. There is a severe gnat problem regardless of cleaning habits. All in all, my dad lived in a trailer when I was growing up and Cornerstone is the worst place I've ever lived. They also told me I could take the tv upon move out and then informed me a week later after it was mounted in my new apartment across town that they might want it back. There are so many better options in West Campus for this price and I would not be as upset if Cornerstone was more affordable! Read More
