Wonderful Community
Clean, spacious and well maintained apartment. I live in a studio and it is perfect for a senior citizen. Managerial staff has been wonderful and helpful. Maintenance has been prompt and very kind. I highly recommend this community. No problem with insects or rodents!

This is a violent and dangerous property
There is a violent man goes around trying to break into other tenants apartments. Management won't do anything about him, he bangs on the doors, turning door knobs trying to push his way in. When you move here be ready to defend yourself.

Mold, phorid flies, unprofessional management!
These apartments are infested with Phorid flies (filth flies). There is mold in bathrooms that’s been painted over, HVAC systems poorly maintained, horrible air quality.

Good luck with maintenance
Absolutely horrible maintenance. Horrible. No AC for 8 days out of the last 15. Don’t live here, not worth it. Management is horrible. Work orders take up to 3 months!!! And counting!!!
